FAQ

What’s the best way to get a hold of you?

How are your shirts printed?

We use a combination of screen-printing and digital-printing because each process has its benefits. We strive to use soft, quality inks when printing, so your shirts feel as soft as possible. If you’d would like more information on our process or the differences between screen and digital printing, send us an email. We’d be happy to talk tees with you.

And what kind of shirts do you print on?

We print on lightweight, fitted, ringspun cotton & cotton/blend tees. To offer a variety of styles and colors, we use a collection of brands including American Apparel, Anvil, and Bella/Canvas* (just to name a few).

Why do some shirt have tag-less prints and others don’t?

We try to offer comfortable tag-less prints on our tees whenever possible. However, some designs cost more to print. In order to keep the overall costs down, some shirts don’t receive tag-less prints. Don’t worry though; we print on quality brands like American Apparel, Anvil, Alternative, and Bella/Canvas. In most cases their tags are easily removable for maximum comfort.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes we do, see out size-chart HERE. In general our shirts are unisex, but we do recommend girls order a size down, as they’re more geared towards men.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal account payments.

When will my shirts arrive?

Generally your order should arrive between 5-10 business days. However, at times when we are replenishing our inventory, it may take closer to 2 weeks. In a situation like this, we try to let our customers know of the longer wait times, but we’re only human. If you’re getting impatient, send us an email, and we’ll update you on where your shirt is.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?

Yes, but why would you want to? On the rare occasion you’re not satisfied, unworn & unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us ahead of time, and we’ll set arrangements for your return or exchange. If you feel your shirt was defective, please contact us immediately. In some cases washing your shirt can correct this, but if not we will still offer a refund or exchange.

Do you guys do custom orders?

Yes! See something you like but wish it was on a different color or style? Let us know. Although not everything is possible, we can usually accommodate most requests; just CONTACT US.
